I have been listening to and collecting Jazz recordings for over 40 years. I guess you could say that I am a true Jazz enthusiast. My main focus is music that was recorded between 1940 and 1970 but also includes some current day recordings. My main areas of interest , Cool or West Coast Jazz, East Coast and also Big Band. I have been on the air at KGHP since 1992.

'Classic Rock And Roll Connections' debuted in August of 2002 on KGHP Gig Harbor. This two hour radio show is hosted by DJ The Deejay each Monday from 5 to 7 pm. Each Monday DJ picks a theme and then plays rock and roll hits from the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's connected to that theme.
